Career

Ayesha Siddiqui has done PhD in Fine Arts from Punjab University 2014. She has done Masters in Fine Arts from same university securing a Gold medal. She is also a gold medalist in Computer science from The National College, Lahore.
Due to her strong knowledge in skills she has quickly rose to becoming a popular name among Pakistani fine artists. In Pakistan she is the youngest artist with a Studio Practice doctoral degree in Fine Arts. She has received six Gold medals with two being awarded by the President of Pakistan themselves.

She has the honour of representing Pakistan in the 13th and 14th Asian art Biennale (2008 and 2010 respectively) in Dhaka Bangladesh and at the 3rd Asian Art Expo in Beijing, China, 2011.

Ayesha has held several solo shows of paintings and drawings and has participated in numerous group shows in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Jordan, China and U.K.

She has read papers at international seminars and has published articles on the contemporary painting trends in Pakistan, in various magazines and journals of repute.
