Karachi born, self taught, miniaturist completing his 55 years of life and 25 years of art carrier this year, has developed his own school of thought and some very good students like Anies Ahmed and Nazrul Islam (grandson of NCA Miniature ustaad Sheikh Shujaullah). His passion for realistic miniatures took him up to an area unconquerred by any artist in the 2000-year history of art. He is so far the only artist known to be able to paint super-realistic subjects in transparent watercolours, both in miniature and large scale.
His art junction, where he changes the tracts and takes the canvas route, has already begun. Soon we are to witness a full-fletched successful miniaturist, with 13 successful exhibitions to his credit, to make an appearance as a new master.
The three works he presents here are his masterpieces, his last original poetic series. Hardly any words can describe the mastery & skill. Two more of this series are yet incomplete, to be finally presented in future as his last work in miniature.
